These terms are the agreement between you and Significa Interactive for the use of Turnsweep. Installing or using the app means accepting them.
Turnsweep reads the calendar export your booking platform publishes and works out the turnovers between stays. It manages checklists, verification photographs, inventory, and messages between a host and the cleaners they assign.
It is a planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other platform, and it does not make or change bookings.
You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
When you sign in with Google or Apple you are asked once whether you are a host or a cleaner. That choice cannot be changed afterwards, because a host deciding who to give access to their property has to be able to rely on it. If you choose wrongly, delete the account and create another.
Your properties, checklists, photographs, stock records and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store that content, and to show it to the other people you have shared a turnover with. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to train anything.
You agree not to use Turnsweep to:
Verification photographs are of the inside of homes. Take only what shows the task was done.
The free plan covers one property, with one photo-verified task on it, and text messaging. Everything else — the schedule, checklists, inventory, cleaner assignment, offline working — is included in both plans.
Turnsweep Pro removes those limits. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. Prices may change; a change will not affect a period already paid for, and you will be told before a renewal at a new price.
If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Properties beyond the first become read-only until you subscribe again or remove them.
Turnsweep is designed to work offline, and the parts of it that do not need a server keep working when one is unreachable. The syncing, messaging and photo upload parts do need a server, and we do not promise it is always available.
Calendar feeds are published by third parties. If a platform changes or withdraws its export, or publishes something incorrect, the schedule Turnsweep derives will reflect that. Check the schedule against your bookings.
Turnsweep is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost income, or a clean that did not happen. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right your local law gives you, and these terms do not reduce them.
You may stop using Turnsweep at any time, and delete your account from inside the app or from the account deletion page. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will say why unless prevented from doing so.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, the app will say so before it takes effect. Continuing to use Turnsweep after that means accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
