Delete your Turnsweep account
Turnsweep — Significa Interactive
This page explains how to delete your Turnsweep account and everything in it. You
do not need to have the app installed to make the request.
From inside the app
This is immediate and needs nothing from us.
- Open Turnsweep and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
The typed confirmation is deliberate. Deletion cannot be undone, and a
mis-tap should not be enough to trigger it.
Without the app
Email support@turnsweep.com
from the address your account uses, with the subject
Account deletion request.
We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually
much sooner. We may ask you to confirm from the account's email address; we
will not ask you for your password.
What is deleted
This cannot be undone.
- Your profile — email address, name and role
- Your properties and their settings
- Your connected calendars and the bookings read from them
- Your checklist templates and every turnover checklist
- Every verification photograph you uploaded
- Your inventory and stock records
- Your messages and any photographs attached to them
- Push notification tokens for every device you signed in on
- Your subscription record held by us
What is not deleted
-
If you are a cleaner: the record that a turnover was
completed stays with the host who owns that property, with your name
removed. That record is the history of their property being cleaned, and it
is not ours to erase on someone else's behalf.
-
Your subscription. It is held by Apple or Google, not by
us, and deleting your Turnsweep account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your
App Store or Google Play account settings, or you will continue to be
charged.
-
Backups. Copies held by our infrastructure provider are
overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully gone within 30 days.
-
Data on your own device, if you keep the app installed and
do not sign in again. Deleting the app removes it.
If you only want to stop syncing
Signing out leaves everything on your device and stops it being synced or
shared. That is reversible; deletion is not.
